Strive Community Care Pty Ltd was established in 2021 by two community services professionals driven to create a social purpose organisation that actively supports the vulnerable people and families within our community through quality, person-centred services.

Our mission is clear: to protect and empower those with the most complex needs, providing a foundation for healing, growth, and independence. We are passionate about creating environments where individuals can thrive, reach their full potential, and actively engage with their communities
